I have been taking Bidadari as my supplement for almost 3 years . It is not me to take any fluid as it is hard for me to swallow any syrup medication but surprisingly I did with "Bidadari"- the taste is bearable if not delicious :) - sweet soury taste and the 'dates' taste is more distinct'.

MY SAY
I have given this to my children as a supplement for about a year - 1 small table spoon  per day and I notice that it they are less getting cold and fever.

My youngest of 2 years old started to have an asthma at the age of 5 and 7 months-both caused him to be admitted. He was diagnosed for acute bronchitis.

I started this on him  at 7 month onwards. I gave him half of a small table spoon and his asthma attack has reduced significantly. The last attack (after a period of 7 months without any attack) was more controlled and he was not required to be admitted.

I believe that this product strengthens body's overall immune system and it is a good supplement to all growing children.

Good for adult well being as well.
